2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in CFA francs (FCFA) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Contact us if you spot an error.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Wave, Orange Money, and bank card.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out-of-stock, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment is due at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across Senegal. Delivery times and fees vary by location and are shown at checkout.
• Same-day delivery is available in Dakar for orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days.
• Delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.) do not entitle the customer to a refund of delivery fees.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
