Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Be in their original condition — unused, unmodified, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Digital products or software.
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
- Custom or personalised orders.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@njamala.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photos of the defect or damage.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@njamala.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the agreed location or arrange pickup (Dakar only).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Wave or Orange Money.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference). Contact us to arrange an exchange following the same process as a return.
